Before you sail

All tours depart from Km 1.5 Road from Puerto Juárez — Punta Sam, Cancún. The crew speaks English and Spanish and will take care of everything so you can focus on enjoying the Caribbean.

Pricing is based on groups of up to 14 passengers. Additional guests are welcome at the rates listed per tour. For groups larger than 25, custom arrangements are available.

What's the departure point?

Can I book for a larger group?
Absolutely. Our catamaran holds up to 25 passengers. Guests beyond 14 pax incur a per-person additional charge (varies by tour). For groups over 25, contact us for custom arrangements.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, a towel, a change of clothes, and a camera. We provide snorkeling gear, life jackets, and everything else you need on board.
Can we celebrate a special event on board?
Absolutely! We regularly host birthdays, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, engagements, graduations and corporate events. The All Inclusive and Multi-Day tours work best for celebrations.
Do you offer transfers from hotels?
Transfers from hotels in the Zona Hotelera are available. Please contact us when booking to arrange pickup.
What's the cancellation policy?
We recommend contacting us directly to discuss cancellation and rescheduling options, as they may vary based on tour type and timing.
